My name is Ryan Pfeifer and I am the founder of Total Control Soccer, a program dedicated to enhancing players of all skill levels soccer skills while fostering teamwork and personal development.
Total Control Soccer is built upon the belief that sports not only promote physical fitness but also instill essential life skills such as discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Our program is designed to cater to players of all skill levels, providing a supportive environment where they can learn and grow both on and off the field.
Total Control Soccer drills focus on first touch, passing, shooting, awareness, position specific drills, plyometrics and agility to give each player that competitive edge on the pitch.
About Ryan Pfeifer
My soccer career began with Crossfire Select G95 Jinneman where I developed my foundational skills and a deep love for the sport. Part of a competitive team, I played a crucial role in both outside back and outside midfield. The years with Crossfire Select not only honed my technical abilities but also instilled in me the values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
After my youth soccer days, I had the honor of captaining the Bellevue College soccer team for two years. Leading the team was an incredible experience that allowed me to grow as a leader while playing outside back and center back. Under my captaincy, we enjoyed two successful seasons where our team made it to playoffs. My time at Bellevue was marked by personal growth, both on the field and in the classroom.
Following Bellevue, I walked on to the soccer team at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. Competing in Division II Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC), I faced a higher level of competition and an opportunity to further elevate my game as an outside back. The experience at Concordia was challenging and fulfilling, pushing me to play another level of competition while refining my technical skills. Playing in the GNAC was the highlight of my soccer career, allowing me to compete at a high level and be part of a dynamic and talented team.
While I continue my journey in soccer, I am excited to take on new challenges and opportunities. The experiences and lessons learned from my youth and collegiate soccer days have shaped me into the Player and Coach I am today.
